Vivaan Retail is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Executive to join our growing team in Varanasi. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about retail aesthetics and customer experience to make a real impact in a growing company.
As our Visual Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining attractive in-store displays that align with our brand identity and seasonal campaigns. You will work closely with the store team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas for new layouts and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement in-store displays, window displays, and point-of-sale (POS) materials according to planograms and brand guidelines.
- Work with store staff to train them on basic visual merchandising principles and maintenance of displays.
- Regularly visit our Varanasi store to audit displays, take photos for head office review, and implement updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and buying teams to ensure visual merchandising supports ongoing campaigns and product launches.
- Source and manage props and display materials while staying within budget.

- You have a keen eye for design, color, and composition.
- You are creative but also pragmatic and organized, able to plan and execute projects.
- You are a good communicator, able to work with and guide store teams.
- You are proactive and can work independently with minimal supervision.
