We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive who can manage the day‑to‑day running of our store, keep the shelves stocked, and make sure customers leave with a smile. If you are a people person, can juggle a few tasks at once, and love working in a small team, you might be the right fit.

What a typical day looks like

  • Opening the store at 8:30 am, checking the cash register, and ensuring the display windows are tidy.
  • Receiving deliveries of fresh produce and household goods, checking quality, and placing items on the shelves.
  • Helping customers find what they need, answering questions about products, and upselling complementary items.
  • Keeping the store clean, restocking items, and updating price tags as needed.
  • Closing the store at 8:00 pm, reconciling the till, and preparing a brief report for the next day.
