Day‑to‑day life at Garo Logistics is simple but rewarding. Every morning we start with a quick huddle in the warehouse, where we review the day’s orders, set targets, and share any updates. You will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. For example, you might pick a batch of 50 items, double‑check the barcode, pack them in the right boxes, and hand them over to the delivery team. You’ll also help with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
In addition to picking and packing, you will also be responsible for updating the order management system with real‑time status, handling any customer queries that come through the phone, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. If an item is damaged, you will report it immediately and help arrange a replacement or return.

Tools and equipment you’ll use include a handheld barcode scanner, a pallet jack, a computer with our in‑house order management system, and basic safety gear (gloves, safety shoes). The warehouse is a well‑lit, climate‑controlled space with clear signage and a dedicated break area.
The warehouse environment is located in the industrial area of Tura, close to the main road, with easy access for delivery trucks. It is a clean, organised space where teamwork and safety are top priorities.
We value work‑life balance. Our shift schedule is 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1‑hour lunch break. We also offer a small monthly allowance for transport and a health insurance plan for you and your immediate family.
