We are looking for a Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at Garo Hills Food & Beverage Pvt Ltd, located in the heart of Tura. If you love food, enjoy working with a small but passionate crew, and want to grow in a friendly environment, this role is for you.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll start the morning by checking inventory, setting up the kitchen, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh. You’ll coordinate with our local vendors, manage the POS system, and help staff with any questions. In the afternoon, you’ll review sales reports, suggest menu tweaks, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Evenings are for wrapping up, cleaning, and planning for the next day.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning daily menus and ensuring variety.
- Managing inventory and placing orders with local suppliers.
- Training new staff on kitchen procedures and safety.
- Monitoring food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Using our POS and inventory software to track sales and costs.
Tools and equipment you’ll use are a standard kitchen set (stoves, ovens, mixers), a POS terminal, a barcode scanner, and a simple inventory spreadsheet. We also use a mobile app to track orders and communicate with the kitchen.
The work environment is a small shop with an open kitchen layout. You’ll be close to the customers, so you’ll get to see their reactions and learn what they love. The shop is located on Main Street, so you’ll be part of the local community and often interact with regular patrons.
We offer a competitive salary of 25,000 to 45,000 INR per month, depending on experience. We also provide a small bonus for excellent service and a chance to earn extra through tips.
