Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch and routing of delivery vehicles.
- Coordinate with drivers and ground staff to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries.
- Assist in resolving any on-road issues or delays with customers.
