What You’ll Do
As a Training Executive you’ll be the bridge between our students and the curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing lesson plans for our regular and short‑term courses (e.g., digital marketing basics, Excel for small business). You’ll adapt online resources into easy‑to‑follow worksheets.
- Facilitating weekly instructor‑student meetings, ensuring that each session ends with clear action items.
- Tracking attendance and progress using simple Google Sheets and ERP software.
- Helping learners with practical tasks – e.g., setting up a basic e‑commerce store or creating a budget in Excel.
- Collecting student feedback and suggesting improvements so the curriculum stays relevant.
