As a Ticket Seller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting movie tickets and combos
- Operating the ticketing software and point-of-sale system to process transactions
- Handling cash and card payments accurately and maintaining daily transaction records
- Upselling concessions like popcorn, drinks, and snacks to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized counter area
- Answering customer queries about show timings, prices, and theater policies
