What a Day Looks Like

  • Morning intake – greet patients as they walk in, review their file, and set up the treatment room. You’ll talk with families, answer basic questions, and hand them soothing hand‑outs.
  • Co‑ordination with therapists – our therapists usually start at 9 am. You’ll keep the schedule on track, manage room bookings, and help with patient forms.
  • Client follow‑ups – send friendly SMS reminders, book follow‑up appointments, and track payment status with our simple POS software.
  • Community outreach – we run a weekly lunch‑and‑learn on mental health. You’ll assist with logistics, set up the venue, and help promote the events on social media.

Responsibilities

Client intake and booking – handle phone calls, arrange appointments, fill out paperwork, and introduce new clients to the team.

Administrative support – maintain patient records, update treatment plans, and reconcile daily receipts.

Community liaison – promote our services through local radio, flyers, and on our Facebook page. Coordinate volunteer efforts during festivals.

Quality assurance – help audit practice policies, suggest improvements, and ensure we meet ISO standards for client care.
