What a Typical Day Looks Like
Every morning we open our small but well‑lit classroom at 8:30 am. The day is divided into batches – one for evening literacy classes (6‑8 pm) and one for weekday skill‑building workshops (12‑2 pm). As the Instructional Executive, you’ll cycle between preparing lesson plans, delivering hands‑on training, and running follow‑up assessments. Key Responsibilities (Real Examples)
