As a Technical Support Executive, you will be the first line of help for our clients. Your day starts with a quick stand‑up meeting, followed by checking the ticket queue on Zendesk. You’ll triage issues, provide step‑by‑step solutions, and keep the knowledge base updated.
Typical tasks include:
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls within 30 minutes.
- Troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365, and common software bugs.
- Resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, and guiding users through basic settings.
- Escalating complex problems to the senior team and following up until resolution.
- Documenting solutions in our internal wiki so future teammates can learn.
We use tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Microsoft Teams. Your desk will have a dual‑monitor setup, a headset, and a comfortable chair. The office is a 3‑floor building with open‑plan desks, a small cafeteria, and a quiet corner for calls.
