We are looking for an Engineering Executive who can jump into projects, write clean code, and help our clients solve real problems. If you are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, you will find a supportive environment where you can learn and grow.
Day‑to‑day life at TechWave
- Morning stand‑up: 10‑minute sync with the team to share progress and blockers.
- Code reviews: Peer reviews are mandatory; we believe in learning from each other.
- Client demos: You will present your work to clients, explaining the technical choices in simple terms.
- Continuous learning: We allocate 1 hour a week for training on new frameworks or tools.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Python or Java.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write unit tests and perform integration testing to ensure quality.
• Participate in sprint planning and estimate effort for new features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
For example, you might work on a logistics dashboard for a local retailer, building real‑time inventory tracking using Node.js and MongoDB. Or you could help a manufacturing client migrate their legacy system to AWS, setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
