Your Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (chop onions, slice tomatoes, marinate meats) before the shift starts.
- Cook dishes according to the recipe cards – for example, make a classic dosa in 3 minutes or grill a chicken sandwich in 5 minutes.
- Keep the prep area clean and organized; wipe down surfaces after each use.
- Assist in inventory checks – note when the stock of rice or spices is low.
- Help customers with special requests, like extra spicy or gluten‑free options.
Tools & Equipment
We use a standard commercial gas stove, a 6‑slot electric grill, a small mixer for dough, and a set of stainless‑steel pans. You’ll also get a handheld thermometer to check the doneness of meats. All equipment is well maintained, and we provide safety training before you start.
