What a Day Looks Like
As our Restaurant Executive you’ll start the morning at 6:30 am to ensure the kitchen is ready for the first rush. We open at 7:30 am, so you’ll check inventory, welcome guests, and coordinate with our chefs to keep everyone on schedule.
Your day includes:
- ✓ Overseeing daily prep: trimming vegetables, marinating proteins, and donning aprons before the 8:00 am service.
- ✓ Managing a small front‑of‑house crew: handing out menus, greeting parties, and ensuring table settings match our signature style.
- ✓ Using POS and kitchen display systems to track orders, minimise wait time, and keep the kitchen workflow smooth.
- ✓ Conducting a mid‑day walk‑through to address any cleanliness or service hiccups.
- ✓ Closing shift: calculating sales, reconciling till, and setting up for tomorrow.
