Our office is a cozy 200‑sq‑meter space on Main Street. Every morning we gather for a quick stand‑up meeting, share a cup of tea, and plan the day. The team is small – about 10 people – so you’ll get to know everyone and work closely with the senior support staff.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Receive and triage support tickets from local schools, small businesses, and residents.
- Use our ticketing system (Zendesk) to log issues, track progress, and close tickets.
- Provide remote desktop assistance using TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
- Escalate complex problems to the senior team and follow up until resolution.
- Update knowledge base articles and help‑desk documentation.
For example, a teacher from a nearby school might call in with a printer that won’t print. You’ll guide them through a simple troubleshooting checklist, reset the printer, and if needed, schedule a visit from a technician.
We use standard office equipment – a desktop PC, a headset, and a high‑speed internet connection. You’ll also get access to training on ITIL basics and Microsoft Office 365.
