What a typical day looks like
Morning starts with a quick stand‑up in our open layout office – there’s a short walk from the kitchen to the meeting room, so fresh coffee and light conversation are always part of the routine. Then you dive into client calls, follow‑up emails, and updating our CRM (we use Zoho for everything). All day you’ll spend time out in the field too – visiting tea estates, meeting local suppliers, and discussing logistics with the transport team. The great part is the freedom to manage your own schedule while still working closely with the sales and operations teams.

We’re a small team of 20‑25 people who call each other by first name. Friday afternoon, we have a “story hour†where we share local news or a funny incident from work. We celebrate wins with a potluck lunch, and we’re always open to new ideas because the boss sits at the same table as you.

Your responsibilities (real examples)
- Negotiate annual purchase agreements with tea growers – once you closed a 10% price reduction for 3 lakh units last quarter!

- Coordinate shipping schedules with our local logistics provider to keep deliveries on time.
- Meet with field agents to review market feedback and update our product catalogue.
- Represent the company at the Harvest Fair in Aizawl – you’ll present our brand to potential distributors.

Salary
