Join our growing team at Himalayan Trade Connect in the heart of Gangtok! We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations Executive to help us expand our reach across the Northeast region.
What you'll do:
- Manage and process sales orders from our partner stores across Sikkim and neighboring states
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any shipping issues
- Maintain and update our customer database with accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare weekly performance reports
- Assist in developing new sales strategies to increase our market presence
