Responsibilities (with real examples)
- Identify 5–8 new local customers weekly and place order proposals.

- Update the inventory management system (Zoho CRM) daily, ensuring real‑time stock info for all outlets.
- Partner with the logistics team to guarantee delivery timelines for high‑value orders.
- Resolve customer complaints personally, turning a dissatisfied client into a repeat buyer.
Tools & Equipment
The role provides a company Samsung tablet for order entries, a two‑month smartphone contract, basic office furniture, and a powerful laptop for data analysis. Field visits are supported by a 4‑wheel vehicle provided by the firm.
Environment
You’ll be based in a 1200 sq ft open‑plan showroom with a small kitchen corner – we like to keep the atmosphere like a mini‑office and workshop combined. Day‑to‑day, the setup feels like a small trade bazaar meets a cozy office.
