We are a growing logistics company based in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Our team is small but mighty, and we pride ourselves on delivering parcels with speed and care. We are looking for an Express Delivery Driver who can navigate the streets of Sagar, pick up and drop off packages, and keep our customers happy.
Day‑to‑day, you will start your shift at 6:30 am, check the delivery list, and load the bike with parcels. You will then head out on a route that covers the town and nearby villages. On a typical day you might deliver 30–40 packages, from small parcels to larger items that need careful handling. You will use a company‑issued motorbike, a GPS device, and a simple delivery log app on your phone.
Team culture is very friendly. We have a small break room where you can relax, share a cup of tea, and chat with your colleagues. We also hold a quick huddle every morning to discuss the day’s route and any special instructions. Everyone helps each other, especially when traffic gets heavy or a package needs a little extra care.
Growth opportunities are real. After 6 months of good performance you can move up to a senior driver role, or you can train to become a route manager. We also offer a small stipend for fuel and a yearly bonus based on the number of on‑time deliveries. You will also get training on safe driving, customer service, and basic vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering parcels on time and in good condition.
- Maintaining the bike and reporting any mechanical issues.
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
- Communicating with the dispatch team about delays or special requests.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following the company’s service guidelines.
Tools and equipment you will use are a company motorbike, a GPS navigation system, a delivery log app, and a basic first‑aid kit. The work environment is mostly field‑based, but you will also spend a few hours at our small office in the evening to submit reports and plan the next day’s route.
