What a Day Looks Like
Every morning you’ll open the doors, greet the team, and do a quick walk‑through of the shop floor. You’ll check the stock levels, set up the display, and make sure the POS system is ready for the rush. During the day you’ll handle cash, process online orders that come in through our mobile app, and help customers find what they need. At closing time you’ll reconcile the till, update the inventory software, and lock up the store.

Responsibilities (Real Examples)
- Open and close the store – lock the cash register, set up the display, and ensure the shop is clean.
- Handle daily sales – process payments, issue receipts, and manage returns.
- Restock shelves – check the inventory software, reorder items, and arrange them attractively.
- Assist customers – answer queries, recommend products, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records – update the POS system, reconcile the till, and prepare daily sales reports.
Tools & Equipment
You’ll work with a modern POS terminal, a barcode scanner, and our inventory management software. We also provide a mobile device for quick updates and communication with the head office.
Work Environment
The job is based in a bustling retail store located on the main road of Jagtial. The shop is open from 9 am to 9 pm, and you’ll be on the floor most of the time, interacting with customers and the team.
