In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily restaurant operations, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, overseeing customer service standards, and assisting in training new team members. You'll also be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety protocols to the highest standards.
