Day‑to‑Day Life at the Workshop

Every day starts with a quick circle‑time at 8:30 AM where we review the orders, check inventory, and share little wins from the previous day. Responsibilities (Real Examples)
- Inspect & Diagnose: A customer drops a washing machine in the morning that won’t start. You listen, ask questions, run a voltage test, find the faulty relay and replace it.
- Perform Repairs: Notice a faulty nozzle on a water cooler. You unscrew, clean, replace and then test for leaks. You inform the client what was fixed and give them a quick do‑it‑yourself tip.
- Maintain Tools: Each evening you clean the workshop benches, oil the hand tools and ensure the CNC lathes are lubricated.
- Customer Service: You update customers on their repair status via a quick WhatsApp message, so they’re never left wondering.
Tools & Equipment
Besides the usual screwdrivers, hammers and wrenches, you’ll work with a basic pneumatic press, a 5‑line diesel engine starter, a small digital oscilloscope for electronics, and a 3‑axis CNC lathe. You’ll also learn to use a simple computer with repair management software that logs parts and invoices.
Environment
The workshop is an open space with high windows and a small shed for storage. We don’t hire people to sit at desks all day; instead, you’ll move around, lift, use hand tools and occasionally use a small generator for electrical tests. The vibe stays casual, but focused.
