Welcome to Mizoram Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a growing logistics hub located in the heart of Serchhip. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast‑moving environment and love keeping things organised, this role is for you.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound shipments. You will greet drivers, verify delivery documents, scan items into our inventory system, and ensure that goods are stored in the correct location. A typical morning starts with a quick team huddle, followed by a walk through the loading bay where you will check the condition of pallets and note any discrepancies.

Growth opportunities are real. After six months of consistent performance, you can move into a Senior Receiving role or even a Warehouse Supervisor position. We provide on‑the‑job training and support you to learn the software and safety procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods.
- Scanning barcodes and updating the inventory database.
- Communicating with suppliers about missing or damaged items.
- Maintaining a clean and safe loading area.
- Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts.
Tools and equipment you will use:
- Handheld barcode scanner.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) – a simple web‑based interface.
- Forklift (basic training provided).
- Safety gear – gloves, safety shoes, and a reflective vest.
The work environment is a spacious warehouse with high ceilings and good ventilation. It’s a mix of indoor and outdoor space, so you’ll spend a lot of time on the floor and a little time in the office for paperwork.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a monthly transport allowance and a small bonus for meeting weekly targets.
