We are looking for a Process Excellence Executive to join our team and help us streamline operations, reduce waste and improve quality. What a typical day looks like
- Start the day with a quick stand‑up meeting with the production and quality teams.
- Review the latest KPI dashboards in Power BI and identify any deviations.
- Conduct a 5‑S audit in the shop floor, noting down observations and suggesting quick wins.
- Work on a Six Sigma project – for example, reducing the defect rate in the packaging line by 15% using DMAIC methodology.
- Prepare a short presentation for the senior management on the progress of the project.
- Wrap up with a debrief with the team, capturing lessons learned and next steps.

Growth opportunities
As a Process Excellence Executive you will get hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen tools. You will also be mentored by senior process engineers and have the chance to lead projects that span multiple departments. After 2–3 years, many of our team members move into Process Manager or Operations Manager roles.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze production data using Excel, Minitab and Power BI to identify bottlenecks.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., reducing cycle time on the assembly line).
- Facilitate Kaizen events and 5‑S audits across the plant.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for shop floor staff.
- Collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Maintain documentation of processes, SOPs and improvement reports.
Tools & equipment
We use a mix of software and on‑the‑ground tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Minitab, Lean Six Sigma templates, and basic measurement tools like calipers and micrometers. You will also get access to a small lab for testing and validation.
Work environment
The role is based in our main office on Main Road, Suryapet, but you will spend a good portion of your time on the shop floor and in the quality lab. The office is a modern, open space with a relaxed dress code. We provide a comfortable break area, free tea and coffee, and a small gym for quick workouts.
