What a Day Looks Like
Our office is a bright 1200 sq ft space in the heart of Mysore’s old city, with a spacious common area that doubles as a quick lunch spot. Each morning starts with a 15‑minute stand‑up where we share wins and set priorities. I usually spend the first part of my day chasing leads from our social media campaigns, then I switch gears to nurture prospects through personalized emails in HubSpot. The afternoon is all about aligning the sales pipeline with marketing’s latest content – reviewing blog performance in Google Analytics and sending the data back to the content creators.

Growth Opportunities

After six months, most of our Performance Executives move into higher responsibility roles – either a Lead Executive or a Cross‑Functional Marketing Analyst. The company supports certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, and Data Analytics with full sponsorship. Mentorship is built-in: you’ll get a senior mentor who will guide you through challenges and career decisions.
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation** – Vet and qualify leads from Google, LinkedIn, and local industry events, ensuring each lead’s fit with our solution suite.
- **Campaign Management** – Draft, schedule, and monitor newsletters and SMS blasts using Mailchimp and SMS India. Adjust content based on real‑time engagement data.
- **Pipeline Analysis** – Use Salesforce to update lead status and forecast conversion probabilities. Prepare weekly performance dashboards for the senior manager.
- **Customer Outreach** – Make 25–30 cold calls a day, followed by warm follow‑ups. Convert 20% of cold leads into “evergreen” prospects.
- **Collaboration** – Work closely with the Product team to understand new feature releases and feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
- **Reporting** – Generate monthly KPI reports (click‑through rates, conversion rates, revenue per lead) to help the company fine‑tune its sales funnel.
Tools & Equipment
You’ll have a company laptop (Dell XPS 13), a dedicated mobile number, and a company VoIP line for outbound calling. Standard office setup includes a dual‑monitor station, ergonomic chair, and dark‑mode prep tools like Anki for quick reference. We also provide a set stipend for high‑speed internet at home for remote work days.

Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a performance bonus up to 15% of your base salary, a standard monthly mobile and internet allowance, and a yearly health check‑up at the Kasturba Hospital.
