About the Role
Hello, we are GreenLeaf Media Pvt Ltd, a regional digital marketing firm based in Payyanur, Kerala. We help local businesses showcase their products online, creating videos, graphics, and social media posts that drive sales and community engagement. We’re looking for a fresh, motivated Reporting Executive to join our team and learn the ropes while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do Every Day
As a Reporting Executive, you’ll help us keep track of traffic, social engagement, and campaign performance for our clients. Your typical day might look like this:
- Morning briefing (9:00‑9:30) – 10‑minute stand‑up with the client‑service team to review yesterday’s reports and set priorities for the day.
- Data collection (9:30‑11:30) – Using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and a few Excel macros, pull traffic and click‑through data for each client’s website.
- Report creation (11:30‑12:30) – Build a colourful, easy‑to‑read PDF summary that highlights key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Client email & calls (13:30‑15:00) – Send out the reports and follow up on any questions. A quick phone call to a small shop owner in Vellur can be the same as a meeting with a mid‑size boutique in Perumba.
- Internal workshop (15:30‑17:00) – Share findings with the creative team, helping them tweak ad copy or visual assets based on data insights.

- Get hands‑on training with your first assignment.
- Attend monthly skill‑building workshops (Excel, Data Storytelling, Content Writing).
- Have clear paths to junior analyst, senior analyst and eventually project manager roles.
What We Provide
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (depending on experience)
- Full‑time work (Mon‑Fri, 9:00‑17:30)
- Negotiable overtime for urgent client deliverables.
- Paid leave: 12 days a year plus statutory holidays.

The Tools You’ll Use
We empower you with the right gear: a company laptop (Windows 10), access to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Office 365. You’ll also receive a mobile phone with a VOIP plan for client calls.

Someone who is:
- Curious and analytic – you enjoy squashing numbers and telling a story.
- Good with words – your English writing is clear and you can translate data into plain language.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and PowerPoint.

About the Travel
You may need to visit client sites in Payyanur or nearby towns like Vellur and Perumba every few weeks. The car allowance is minimal, but we’ll provide a reimbursed kilometre rate.
