As a Payroll Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time every month.
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, TDS, and other labor laws.
- Preparing and submitting all required reports and returns.
- Addressing and resolving any payroll-related queries from employees with patience and clarity.
