Island Shipping Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team in Minicoy. We are a growing logistics company focused on connecting the beautiful islands of Lakshadweep with the mainland.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking and dispatch.
- Liaise with local vendors and transportation partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using our digital systems.
- Assist in optimizing routes and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to our clients and partners.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar field (freshers with relevant internships are also welcome).
- You're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication skills in English and Hindi (local language skills are a plus!).
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and basic software.
