We’re a family‑run boutique marketing agency based in the charming town of Kundara, near Panaji. Our office is a bright, airy space with a few potted plants, a coffee corner and a shared kitchen where we enjoy afternoon snacks together. Every Monday we start with a quick 10‑minute stand‑up in our common area, followed by a potluck lunch. During the week we juggle client projects, creative brainstorming sessions and the usual back‑office duties. Think of it as a mix of studio life, a bit of field work for photo shoots, and everyday administrative tasks that keep the gears turning.

We value teamwork, honesty and a laid‑back vibe – ambitious as we are, we know that good ideas often come from a relaxed environment. People get to choose their own seating, provided they keep the office tidy. We celebrate birthdays with cake and have a special “Team “Happy Hour” every Friday, where we unwind with local Goan music and, of course, our famous Friday “Pão de Queijo” nachos.

What we’re looking for: An enthusiastic, organised Office Assistant who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is ready to learn and grow. You may need to handle data entry, schedule meetings, help with event logistics, and support our creative team with admin chores. But on the days that the creative director needs help packing up a product showcase at Church Street or setting up a photo shoot in the local market, we’ll rely on you to be flexible and quick on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our shared Google Workspace calendar – add meetings, invite stakeholders and set reminders.
  • Record and update client invoices in QuickBooks, and reconcile bank statements every Friday.
  • Assist in organising workshops and field visits – book transport, arrange catering and keep an inventory of equipment.
  • Help set up and tear down equipment for photo shoots. We own DSLR cameras, lights and backdrop rigs; your steady hand will save the crew time.
  • Manage office supplies – keep a tidy stock list, order new items before they run out, and ensure the pantry is well stocked.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations for client meetings using PowerPoint.

Tools & Equipment:

Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Canva, basic photo‑editing tools, Booking.com, and a company‑issued smartphone for urgent calls. Your own laptop is appreciated but not mandatory; we provide one if you don’t have one.
