Night Watchman (Full-Time) – 24/7 Security Job in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh

We are a family‑run manufacturing unit located in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, providing good wages, stable work and a supportive neighbourhood vibe. Our factory operates 24/7 and we’re looking for a dedicated night watchman to ensure safety, equipment and our people are protected every night.
What the job looks like every night:
• 22:00 – 06:00 shift, 4‑hour shifts in rotations. You’ll be the first to check the doors, the last to leave.
• Inspect all entrances, gates, storage rooms and the production floor – keep a log book and use our mobile app to record any irregularities.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems (basic manual). No complex tech – just a watchful eye and a reliable smartphone.
• Conduct rounds in the workshop, the storeroom, the boiler house and the office area. Use a headlamp and a basic flashlight if you spot anything suspicious.
• Should you encounter a fire or a medical emergency, you’ll be the first responder and will inform the on‑site medic or call 112 immediately – we have safety training available on demand.

Tools & Equipment you’ll use: Blink‑flash light, basic lock‑picking kit (approved), pen & log book, Wearable smartphone with factory app, A pair of sturdy gloves, a safety badge, a fire extinguisher kit (we provide a basic guide). Everything is simple and maintenance friendly.
What you’ll bring to the table: Good sense of observation, timely and honest reporting, ability to follow instructions in a calm manner. Experience isn’t necessary, we train on the job. Good physical fitness for a 4‑hour shift and willingness to work night hours. Good Hindi and basic English will help in reading the app.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive monthly salary between ₹21,000 and ₹24,000, depending on experience. In addition, you’ll get monthly meal vouchers (₹400), two free tea cups per shift, 2% yearly increment and facility to walk home after the shift. We also provide health check‑ups once a year.
