What a typical day looks like
Each morning we start with a short 10‑minute huddle by the coffee machine. The team shares quick updates – a new router issue, a customer call, any network bump that needs fixing. Then we split into two shifts: one set stays in the office (office at 2‑room building, 8 am – 4 pm) while others go out into the field to install or repair fibre lines, set up base stations and troubleshoot. We use handheld laptops, portable Wi‑Fi analyzers and the latest CAD software for mapping. On weekends we do occasional rural connectivity drives for students and small businesses.

We’re a small team of 18 people – engineers, sales reps and a support specialist. Everyone knows each other’s names and we keep the office light and friendly. Responsibilities (real life example)
- Conduct on‑site diagnostics for a 5G tower that stops working – you walk to the site, use the Wi‑Fi analyzer, log the data, and solve the problem.

- Maintain the inventory of cables and power supplies – you’ll use a simple spreadsheet to track pulls and returns.
- Report weekly to the operations manager, providing a snapshot of outages, fixes, and customer feedback.
Tools & equipment
We provide a Workstation Laptop (Dell XPS), a portable smartphone tester, a laptop charger, a portable Wi‑Fi scanner, and basic safety gear (helmet, gloves). All devices are company‑issued and you are encouraged to familiarize yourself with them from day one.
Working environment
