Welcome to Bloom Express Flowers! We are a local flower delivery service based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Flower Delivery Driver to join our small but growing team.
Day‑to‑day, you will start your shift at 7:00 am, load fresh bouquets into our delivery bike, and head out to serve customers across the city and surrounding villages. You’ll use our simple GPS app to plan the most efficient route, and you’ll be expected to keep the bike clean and the flowers fresh all day.
Our team culture is all about teamwork and respect. We have a small shop where we meet every morning for a quick coffee and a chat about the day’s deliveries. Everyone helps each other, whether it’s swapping a spare tyre or sharing a tip on how to keep roses from wilting.
Growth opportunities are real. After a few months of experience, you can move up to a senior driver role, or even become a shift manager, helping to plan routes and train new hires. We also offer occasional workshops on customer service and flower handling, so you can keep learning.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering flowers to homes, offices, and event venues on time.
- Handling cash or card payments and giving correct change.
- Maintaining a clean and organized delivery bike.
- Reporting any damaged or missing items to the shop manager.
- Keeping track of inventory and notifying the shop when supplies run low.
Tools and equipment you’ll use:
- Company‑provided motorbike (you’ll get a small fuel allowance).
- Smartphone with our delivery app and GPS navigation.
- Basic first‑aid kit for handling small cuts or bruises.
- Reusable tote bags for carrying bouquets.
Environment: You’ll work from our shop in Nellore, then spend most of your day on the road. The job is outdoors, so you’ll need to be comfortable with varying weather conditions.

Our shop is located at 45/1, Guntur Road, Nellore. It’s a cozy space with a small break area where we share tea and snacks. You’ll also receive a small bonus if you complete all deliveries on time.
We have a small training program for new drivers and a team of five drivers who support each other. The office has a computer for timesheet entry and a simple inventory system that keeps track of our stock. We hold a weekly meeting to discuss feedback and improve our service.
