Healthcare Executive Job in Nellore
Krishna Rural Health Services
About Us
Welcome to Krishna Rural Health Services, a community‑driven health center based in the heart of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. We serve the local villages and nearby towns with primary care, preventive health programs, and chronic disease management. Our mission is simple: make quality healthcare accessible, affordable, and compassionate.
Day‑to‑Day Life
Every day feels like a small adventure. We open at 6 am to greet morning patients, run health talks, and coordinate outreach visits to streets in the surrounding wards. The morning shift is usually the busiest—birth‑song symphonies of newborns, the clatter of RCM machines, and the gentle hum of the pharmacy. Our administrative team signs off patient records while I oversee treatment plans and optimise resource allocation.
Team Culture
Our small team—about 25 people—values trust, humility and a can‑do attitude. We have a rotating schedule for super‑visory meetings, where everyone's voice matters. Friday luncheons feature a new local recipe each week, a tradition that keeps the atmosphere warm.
Growth Opportunities
We believe in learning on the job. If you join us, you can start with basic patient triage and gradually take on managerial responsibilities: budget planning, staff training, and community health planning. We also sponsor courses in medical administration and digital health, enabling you to move into regional leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with public health regulations.
- Develop and monitor patient flow charts; reduce wait times by 15% in the first 90 days.
- Coordinate with local NGOs for vaccination drives and health awareness camps.
- Manage inventory of medicines and supplies, preventing stockouts.
- Use the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system, AsthaCare, to document visits and follow‑ups.
- Conduct quarterly staff performance reviews and schedule training workshops.
Tools & Equipment
You’ll primarily work with the AsthaCare EHR (a cloud‑based platform), a standard digital blood pressure monitor, a basic X‑ray unit, and conventional laboratory instruments. For outreach visits, we use a pickup van equipped with portable ultrasound and a solar charger for devices.
Environment
The main clinic is a single‑floor building with a reception area, consultation rooms, a pharmacy, and a small laboratory. The surrounding area is a mix of lush paddy fields and dense coconut groves. Occasionally we set up mobile units in neighboring villages—think of working under a jasmine canopy, serving farmers fresh from their fields.
Who We’re Looking For
If you are an enthusiastic, compassionate, and organized individual who loves working in a community setting, this role could be a great fit. No formal medical degree is required, but a passion for healthcare and an understanding of basic medical terminology will help.
What We Offer
- Monthly salary range of ₹20,000–₹35,000, with a performance‑based bonus.
- Medical insurance coverage for yourself and a family member.
- Weekly lunch service featuring local Andhra delicacies.
- Annual sponsorship for a diploma or professional course in health administration.
