We are DND Tech Solutions, a fast‑growing technology company based in the heart of Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. We design smart gadgets that help people stay connected. We are looking for a National Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us reach customers across India.

Every day you will start with a quick stand‑up meeting with the sales team. We talk about the targets for the day, share success stories and plan the next client call. After the meeting you will spend most of your time on the phone or in person with potential customers. You will visit small retailers, show them our latest product line and close deals. You will also follow up with existing clients to upsell accessories and service plans.

Our team culture is very friendly and supportive. We are a small group of 15 people who work together like a family. We celebrate every win, no matter how small, and we help each other when a challenge comes up. We have a relaxed office environment with a big open‑plan space, a small kitchen and a few plants that keep the air fresh. We also have a field‑trip day once a month where we go to a nearby town to meet customers in person.

If you perform well, you can move from a National Sales Executive to a Senior Sales Manager or even a Regional Sales Lead. Responsibilities (real examples):

  • Identify and qualify new leads across India using our CRM (HubSpot). For example, you might call a retailer in Surat and schedule a demo.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to decision makers. You will use a laptop and a projector during client meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals. A typical deal might be a bulk order of 200 units for a small shop.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM daily. This helps the team track progress and forecast revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create localised promotional material. You might help design a flyer for a festival in Daman.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings and share insights. For instance, you could suggest a new incentive for retailers in Diu.

Tools and equipment you will use include a company laptop, a mobile phone with a dedicated sales app, a CRM system (HubSpot), and a basic office kit (pen, notebook, calculator). You will also have a company vehicle for field visits if needed.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self‑motivated and has a passion for sales. You should be comfortable travelling across the country and building relationships with people from different backgrounds. If you have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1‑2 years of sales experience, you are a great fit. We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Salary: INR 30,000 – 60,000 per month, plus performance bonuses and a company car after 12 months of service.
