District Executive Job in Narela, Delhi

Narela District Development Agency

We are looking for a motivated District Executive to join our team at Narela District Development Agency. If you love working with people, enjoy field work, and want to make a real difference in your community, this role is for you.

Day‑to‑day, you will start your morning with a quick huddle at the office, review the day’s schedule, and then head out to villages, schools, and local businesses. You’ll be the point person for community outreach, collecting data on health, education, and infrastructure, and ensuring that projects are on track. In the afternoons you’ll return to the office to compile reports, update our GIS system, and share insights with senior managers.

Our team culture is all about collaboration and respect. We celebrate small wins, share ideas in informal brainstorming sessions, and support each other through challenges. We believe that a friendly, open environment leads to better service for the people we serve.

Growth opportunities are plentiful. After 12 months of proven performance, you can move into a Senior Executive role, lead larger projects, or even transition into a policy‑making position. We also offer regular training in project management, data analysis, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing development projects in the district.
  • Co‑ordinating with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Collecting and analysing data on health, education, and infrastructure.
  • Preparing weekly progress reports and monthly budget summaries.
  • Representing the agency at community meetings and public events.

Tools and equipment you’ll use:

  • Mobile phone with GPS for field navigation.
  • Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
  • GIS software for mapping project sites.
  • Standard office supplies and a small field kit (notebook, pen, measuring tape).

Environment: You’ll work from our modest office in Narela, but most of your time will be spent in the field – walking through villages, visiting schools, and meeting with local stakeholders. The role requires a flexible schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends for community events.

We value integrity, dedication, and a genuine desire to help people. If you’re ready to take on a role that blends office work with hands‑on community service, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of a team that is making a tangible impact in Narela and beyond.
