Client Onboarding. You’ll greet a new client, walk them through our process, draft a first‑draft project brief and set up meetings with the engineering team.
Meetings & Notes. Running weekly syncs with stakeholders, documenting action items on Confluence and keeping the team aligned.
Issue Resolution. When a deadline slips or a resource is short, you’ll mediate between the team and the client to find a win‑win solution.
Progress Reporting. Prepare concise status reports in Google Sheets and email them to clients every Friday.
