We are looking for a Media Executive to join our growing team in Muzaffarpur. The role is very dynamic and you will be working with a small but passionate group of media professionals.
Day‑to‑day, you will start with a quick stand‑up meeting, then dive into creating engaging content for our clients’ social media channels. You’ll write catchy captions, design eye‑catching graphics using Canva or Adobe Photoshop, and schedule posts with Hootsuite. On weekends we sometimes go out for field shoots – capturing local events, festivals or product launches. It’s a mix of office work and a bit of field work, so you’ll get to see the city’s vibrant life.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing a content calendar for 3-4 clients each month.
- Writing blog posts, social media copy and email newsletters.
- Designing graphics, infographics and short videos.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and preparing weekly reports.
- Co‑ordinating with photographers and videographers for on‑site shoots.
Tools you’ll use: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and a basic DSLR camera for field work. We provide a laptop and a mobile phone, but we encourage you to bring your own creative ideas.
Environment: The office is located on Main Market Road, a 10‑minute walk from the bus stand. It’s a small, open‑plan space with a few desks, a meeting room and a small kitchen. The vibe is friendly, and the team is always ready to help each other.
