Chitale Media House is seeking a dynamic Media Executive to join our growing team in the heart of Solapur, Maharashtra. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media and communications.
As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), creating engaging content for our local audience, coordinating with local vendors and partners for event promotions, assisting in the creation of promotional materials (both digital and print), and tracking campaign performance using basic analytics tools.
We offer a supportive, family-like work environment where your ideas are valued. You'll work directly with the founders and get hands-on experience in all aspects of media management. We believe in promoting from within, and strong performance can lead to a Team Lead position within 12-18 months.
We're looking for someone who is a creative thinker, has strong communication skills in English and Marathi, and is passionate about storytelling. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus, but not required - we'll provide training!
