We are Srikakulam Logistics Pvt Ltd, a growing local player in the supply chain space. Our office is a cozy 2000 sq ft space on Main Road, where a team of 12 people works together to keep goods moving smoothly across Andhra Pradesh.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the glue that holds our operations together. Every morning you start by checking the shipment schedule on our ERP system, then you call the truck drivers to confirm pick‑ups, and later you update the delivery status in Google Sheets. On weekends you might be out in the field, visiting warehouses or meeting with suppliers to resolve any hiccups. It’s a fast paced role, but we keep it friendly and supportive.

Responsibilities (real examples)
- Coordinate with 8 truck drivers daily to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
- Update shipment status in Tally ERP and send weekly reports to the sales team.
- Handle customer queries via phone and WhatsApp, resolving issues within 24 hours.
- Visit warehouses in Srikakulam and nearby villages to verify stock levels and safety compliance.
- Assist in planning route optimisation using Google Maps and GPS trackers.
Tools & equipment – You’ll work with Tally ERP, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and a mobile GPS device. For field visits, a basic laptop and a reliable smartphone are essential. We provide a company phone for official use.
Environment – The role is a mix of office and field work. The office is a bright, open space with a small break area. Field work involves visiting warehouses, truck depots, and sometimes rural distribution points. You’ll need a comfortable pair of shoes and a good sense of direction.
