Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and learn new techniques.
