As a Learning & Development Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, creating e-learning modules, and organizing workshops. You will work closely with our HR team to identify skill gaps and create plans to address them. You will also be responsible for maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
