Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs and materials (both online and in-person) for various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Track and report on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and overall program ROI.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped.
- Stay updated on the latest learning trends and tools to continuously improve our programs.
