We are looking for a Business Planning Executive to help us grow our market reach and streamline our operations.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Every morning you will start with a quick stand‑up with the sales and logistics teams. You’ll review the previous day’s sales data, spot any trends, and suggest quick fixes. In the afternoon you’ll work on the monthly business plan, updating projections and setting targets for the next quarter. You’ll also meet with our suppliers in the field to discuss pricing and delivery schedules.

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to forecast demand.
- Prepare detailed business plans and budgets for the next 12 months.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to negotiate better rates with local farmers.
- Track key performance indicators and report findings to senior management.
- Assist in the rollout of new distribution channels, such as online delivery.
Tools & Equipment
You will use Microsoft Office Suite, Excel for data modelling, and a simple CRM system we built in-house. For field visits, a basic laptop and a smartphone with GPS will be enough. We also provide a company vehicle for supplier visits.
Work Environment
Our office is a bright, open space with a small kitchen area. It’s located on the first floor of a two‑storey building in the heart of Kullu. The building has a small garden where we grow herbs for our kitchen. You will spend most of your time in the office, but you will also travel to farms and markets in the surrounding hills.
