We help small businesses in Himachal Pradesh reach more customers through online campaigns, social media, and local SEO. We are looking for a Growth Executive to join our team and help us grow our clients’ businesses.
Day‑to‑day, you will be part of a small but energetic team that works in a relaxed office environment. We start the day with a quick stand‑up meeting, then dive into data, creative brainstorming, and client communication. You’ll spend time on the computer, but also visit local shops and markets to understand the target audience and gather real‑world insights.

We have a flexible schedule – you can work from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1‑hour lunch break. We also have a casual dress code and a small garden outside the office where you can relax.
Growth opportunities are plenty. You will start with basic campaign management, then move on to strategy, budgeting, and analytics. After 6 months, you can lead a small project or mentor a junior colleague. We also offer training in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities (real examples):
- Design and launch a Facebook ad campaign for a local tea shop, increasing footfall by 30% in 3 months.
- Analyze Google Analytics data to identify traffic sources and recommend improvements.
- Create engaging social media posts for a boutique hotel, boosting online bookings by 20%.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present them to clients.
Tools and equipment you’ll use include a laptop (Mac or Windows), a smartphone for field testing, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Office. We provide a comfortable office with Wi‑Fi, a printer, and a small kitchen.
