We at Kottayam Wellness Resorts are looking for a friendly and energetic Pool Attendant to join our team. If you love water, enjoy keeping things tidy, and want to work in a relaxed but professional environment, this job is for you.
Day‑to‑day, you will be the first face guests see when they enter the pool area. You will check the water chemistry, clean the pool deck, refill the chlorine tanks, and make sure all safety signs are visible. You will also greet guests, answer simple questions, and direct them to the nearest lifeguard if needed. We use a small set of tools – a water testing kit, a brush, a vacuum, and a mop – so you won’t need any special equipment.

Responsibilities include:
- Testing water pH and chlorine levels every 2 hours.
- Cleaning the pool surface and surrounding deck.
- Checking and refilling the chlorine and sanitizer tanks.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
- Assisting guests with towels, lockers, and pool rules.
We work in a sunny, open‑air environment. The pool area is a large, well‑lit space with a small office for the attendant. You will have a comfortable chair, a phone, and a small fridge for your tea or coffee.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, plus a small bonus for excellent performance. You will also receive a company uniform, a health insurance stipend, and paid leave.
