Starting as a Travel Executive, you can progress to Senior Employee, Branch Manager, or even our Travel Operations Lead. Your Day‑to‑Day
- Client Interaction – Greet callers or chat visitors, understand their travel preferences and draft customised itineraries. For example, helping a family from Bangalore plan a 10‑day Kerala coastal tour.
- Booking & Confirmation – Use our reservation software (Booking.com API, Traveloka portal) to book flights, train tickets, parking and hotel rooms. Confirming seat allocation and sending e‑tickets within 24 hrs.
- Vendor Coordination – Phone/local visit the hotels, bus operators and restaurant partners in Kottayam, Adoor, and Ernakulam to verify rates and secure room blocks.
- Documentation – Update the CRM with client feedback, create travel itineraries in PDF and store them in the shared drive.
- In‑House Support – Provide simple tech help (e‑mail, WhatsApp) to clients who face trouble booking through the app.
Tools: We use the standard Microsoft Office suite, Gmail, and a central Trello board for task tracking. You’ll also receive a company mobile for official calls.
Work Environment
The office is a single‑floor building inside a local commercial complex. It’s centrally located, with a small meeting room and an open desk area. Parking for cars and motorbikes is available on the street. Occasionally, you may meet clients outside for breakfast or coffee to discuss travel plans.
