We are GreenLeaf Agro Solutions Pvt Ltd, a family‑run business that has been helping local farmers bring their produce to market for over 15 years. Our office is in the heart of Kottayam, close to the railway station and the bustling market. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our sales team and help us grow our network of farmers and distributors.
What a typical day looks like
- Morning: Check emails, update the CRM (Salesforce) with new leads, and plan the day’s visits.
- Mid‑morning: Drive to a nearby farm, meet the farmer, discuss crop plans and place orders.
- Afternoon: Return to the office, prepare invoices, and follow up on pending payments.
- Evening: Team huddle, share success stories, and plan next week’s targets.
We work in a relaxed, open‑plan office with a small kitchen where we share chai and snacks. The team is a mix of experienced salespeople and fresh graduates, all of whom are encouraged to bring ideas to the table.

As a Key Account Executive, you will start by managing a portfolio of 20–30 accounts. After 6 months, you can move into a senior sales role or even a regional manager position. We also offer training in digital marketing, data analytics, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities (real examples)
- Build and maintain relationships with 30+ farmers and 10 distributors.
- Use Salesforce to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Prepare weekly reports in Excel and present them to the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of produce.
- Attend local farmer’s market events to showcase our products.
Tools & equipment
- Computer with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
- Smartphone for field communication and GPS navigation.
- Company car for field visits (fuel and maintenance covered).
Environment
The office is a 2‑floor building with a small meeting room, a kitchen, and a relaxed lounge area. We also have a small greenhouse where we test new crop varieties. Field visits are a big part of the job, so you’ll spend a good portion of your time on the road.
