GreenLeaf Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT services firm based in Kottayam, Kerala. We specialise in digital marketing, web development and customer support for small businesses across the state. We are looking for a Junior Executive to join our team and help us deliver high‑quality services to our clients.
Day‑to‑day, you will be working in a small, open‑plan office with a team of 10 people. We start the day with a quick stand‑up meeting, then you will be assigned tasks such as preparing client proposals, updating project timelines, and handling client emails. You will also be expected to attend weekly client calls and take notes for the project manager.
Team culture is very relaxed but professional. We celebrate birthdays, have monthly potlucks, and encourage everyone to share ideas. We believe in learning from each other, so you will have the chance to shadow senior team members and pick up new skills.
Growth opportunities are real. After 6 months of consistent performance, you can move into a Senior Executive role or specialise in a particular domain such as SEO or social media. We also offer internal training workshops and support for certifications like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and editing client proposals and reports.
- Maintaining project schedules in Asana and updating status in weekly meetings.
- Responding to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation and follow‑ups.
- Collecting and analysing data from Google Analytics to provide insights to clients.
Tools and equipment you will use:
- Windows 10 laptop with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Project management software – Asana, Trello.
- CRM – HubSpot.
- Analytics – Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
The office is located in the heart of Kottayam, close to the railway station and the main bus stand. It is a comfortable, air‑conditioned space with a small kitchen area for coffee breaks. The environment is friendly and supportive, and you will have the chance to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
