Responsibilities (Real Examples)
- Prepare a “Kesar Cooler” – a ginger‑lime mock‑tail that’s our frequent‑order pick – every 30 minutes during peak hours.
- Scan guest IDs with a handheld POS scanner to avoid any mishandling of complimentary drinks.
- Restock and rotate liquor bottles: 21% ABV tequila, 14% ABV gin, and a range of local craft beers.
- Keep the bar station organized ➔ No more than a 1‑minute reach to any glass or shaker.
- Assist the kitchen in serving small plates like “Tandoori Twist Skewers” that complement drinks the night before.
Tools & Equipment
