Day‑to‑day life: You’ll start each day with a quick stand‑up in the morning where we discuss priorities. While most of the day is spent on the phone or video chat helping customers resolve issues, you’ll also occasionally be on the road, visiting shops and offices in the valley to do quick maintenance or troubleshoot onsite. You’ll discover that the path to every solution is a little different, so you’ll need to be quick on your feet and creative with small tools like a screwdriver, a multimeter and a portable laptop.
