What a Day Looks Like
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., our staff moves between serving kitchen creations, guiding guests, and ensuring each table sparkles. A typical morning starts with a brief huddle: we review the daily specials, check stock of fresh produce, and run through any special requests. By 12 a.m., the first lunch rush begins – it’s a great time to learn the flow of orders and the art of quick, courteous service.

Additionally, we partner with local polytechnics to offer evening courses in Hospitality Management.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, guide them to tables, and offer menu recommendations – for instance, explaining why the Manipuri Bamboo Porridge is a seasonal favorite.
- Take accurate orders using our lightweight tablet system, ensuring all special instructions (e.g., no onion, extra ginger) are captured.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guest, and maintain a tidy service area.
- Handle payments smoothly – cash, credit card, or mobile apps – and provide correct change.
- Assist with light kitchen prep during closing hours (e.g., washing spoons, refrigerating leftovers).

Our Environment
You’ll work in a lively, open‑concept dining area that seats about 70 people. The ambience blends local décor with modern lighting. The kitchen is hands‑on – you might help restock the spice rack or wash cutlery – but our chefs keep a climate‑controlled zone to preserve freshness. Risk of infection is low thanks to strict hygiene protocols, and we provide basic safety gear like aprons and non‑slip shoes.
